The Edilfin real estate agency was founded in 1983 by Travagliati Massimo, founding member of FIAIP of Brescia, who after about five years of experience in the real estate sector, decided to create his own studio in Manerba del Garda.
In its history, Edilfin has gone through four real estate cycles with related crises, always emerging without upheavals, thanks to the desire to operate in compliance with the best professional ethics and thus earning the respect of sector operators and customers. The relationship with real estate developers and entrepreneurs operating in the area has always been particularly close, so much so that they have often made use of and still make use of the agency's consultancy before planning their investments and designing their construction sites.
In the forty years of activity, Edilfin has dealt with everything from simple apartments to the most beautiful villas on Lake Garda, from commercial premises to offices, from land to cottages, not failing to deal with corporate clients on some occasions. The brokerage company also has experience and expertise in auctions and judicial procedures, having collaborated with various industry figures.
Since 2016, Edilfin has begun an expansion process that will lead it to enter at the end of 2017, as it has found in this structure the way to increase its staff, respecting transparency and the professional code of ethics, and expanding its area of action.
Since June 2018, Edilfin has moved to a new headquarters, located in the center of its area of action to better accommodate the professionals who work there and its customers.
In 2019, the Salò office was opened and, in 2021, the Desenzano office, guaranteeing the company, which now excels in the sector, coverage of the entire Brescia side of Lake Garda.
In January 2024 Edilfin exits the franchising, returning to being an independent brand and keeping the offices open.
