In 2016, Edilfin began a process of expansion that would lead it to join RE/MAX at the end of 2017, as it found in this structure the way to increase its workforce, while respecting transparency and the professional code of ethics, and expand its area of action. In 2018 the agency in Manerba moved to an office in a strategic area of 300 sqm and in quick succession the offices in Salò and Desenzano were opened. In January 2024 Edilfin exits the franchising and returns to being an independent brand, maintaining the open offices. In the summer of 2024, Edilfin embarked on a significant collaboration with Belgarda, a real estate company located in Peschiera del Garda: this partnership marked a fundamental step in the expansion of the agency on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda.
